SKIPH Posted May 1, 2016 Share #15 Posted May 1, 2016 Ed-When I can get a hold of my neighbor, I'll show him the pics. He was stationed with 10th GP in the 50s at Bad Tolz. Suspect he'll know some of these folks. Bryant U- Nice meeting you at Ed's shop yesterday. Hope you enjoyed the occasion. SKIP

SKIPH Posted June 9, 2016 Share #19 Posted June 9, 2016 ED- Just had my neighbor check out the photos. He said the majority of these guys had transferred out by the time he got there in 1959. But he did ID MSG Charles Hoskings, MOH Recipient in Vietnam with 5th GP, as the gent in civies. Picture # 4. SKIP
Longhorn92 Posted June 9, 2016 Share #20 Posted June 9, 2016 Great pics and great history. I sent this thread to MSG Hosking's daughter to see if she recognized her dad in any of the pics. Here's her reply: I did indeed see him in #6 and then again inside the plane ready to jump.He isn't #4 as someone posted. How kind of you to send me these.I will pass them on to my sisters.A Boy Scout group and a military unit in NJ takes care of my father's grave on Memorial Day. They came across my sister planting flowers there once and were shocked about the MOH. They do an entire ceremony now.Hope this finds you well.
