1271st Engineer Combat Bn Di ?

I believe this di is from the 1271st engineer combat bn and recently id'd in an Asmic trading post? I am a member of Asmic but don't seem to get the trading posts. Can anyone confirm the id? Thanks.

Yes there is a poor picture of one on page 9 of the January-March 2016 issue of the Trading Post. It describes it as having been made in Austria and the three subjects surrounding the central figure represent the three campaigns the 1271st Engineer Combat Battalion (CBT) participated in. I guess there wasn't a fourth campaign which is why the fourth square is blank.
