36-tex Posted April 21, 2016 #1 Posted April 21, 2016 A friend picked this up and is wanting an ID as well as time frame. Was it worn by military or civilian personnel?

I don't remember ever seeing a civilian instructor wearing any type of identification badge. I'm not talking about flight instructors, just technical school instructors. I could be all wet on this, but just going by what I remember. I never saw one like this one tho.
