tredhed2 Posted April 15, 2016 Share #8 Posted April 15, 2016 The red patch w/ the rocket etc is for the Greek Army - Crete Shooting Plain - as identified in an article in the Apr-Jun 1993 Trading Post. Sounds like a testing site patch.
Cherokee Posted April 15, 2016 Author Share #9 Posted April 15, 2016 The missile patch is indeed Nike-Hercules. It is worn by US personnel as well as other NATO personnel from NAMFI, the NATO Missile Firing Installation located at Souda Bay on the island of Crete. Thank you Johnny Signor for the tip that lead me to the identification. Anyone have any ideas on the Kangaroo patch? If the patch seems confusing picture the head of the kangaroo with the ears extending above the patch and his hind legs kicking out to the side. It came with a Malaysia tab that I don't think is related but I could be wrong.

Patchcollector Posted April 16, 2016 Share #11 Posted April 16, 2016 I saw that "Kangaroo"(if that's what it is) patch ID'd as a Malaysian associated piece on eBay.I would assume the tab belongs with it.
