A friend who collects badges of Special Forces asked whether it really exists and if it is worn.

 

 

We looked at the websites of Ira Green and Vanguard. Nothing.

I felt the same way when I was doing some research of MSG Gary Gordon and SFC Randy Shughart and actually found a picture of them both in BDUs wearing a Green Beret with the Army Special Operations Command Flash and the ASOC DUI.

 

Attached are the picture of Shughart and Gordon, aswell as the Flash and DUI.
