USMC RAIDER COLLECTOR

Hey guys I need some help with this knife I just picked up. The handle has had three bolsters added to it. They look like Keystones with a capital Y and a pair of justice scales. Does this mean anything to any of ya"ll ? The Pennsylvania thing is my first thought. Maybe some of you can help. Thanks

I understand that with Goggle and such it's become somewhat easier to do in-depth searches regarding images, symbols and such.  Sorry I don't have any personal experience with this.

Reminds me of a Craft Freemasonry Order symbol you might find on a apron and sash. The apron ans sash below is the one my Grandfather wore when he was a Freemason in England. Kinda makes sense since mason's work with stone. The image posted above looks like it could serve as a keystone.
