Found these today, and could use some help to ID - Fortune Provides motto.

I found an old cigar box full of military items my father sent me a long time ago, and came across these in a ziplock bag. I could only find one reference to the motto "Fortune Provides", and that was a broken link.

 

Any ideas?

I found one reference to the motto "Fortune Provides" in a list of unit mottos, and that was for the 77th Quartermaster Battalion. Though I have not been able to find a photo of the 77th QM BN crest to verify it.

I tried ti TIOH for the motto, no website, does anyone know if it is down, or revamp ?
