Question about this Parachutist badge

I have this badge with mark on the back V-21 I.I.C. G.I.

 

V-21 is for Vanguard and G.I. for Government Issue.

 

But I don't know for I.I.C. mark. What is it.

 

I saw it on time on the back of a CIB but just "I.I.C. G.I.".

I.I.C. is for International Insignia Corporation. Vanguard (V-21) is one of the companies they are suppliers for. I believe this would be an I.I.C. badge that was made for Vanguard to be sold under the Vanguard name - hence the addition of the V-21.

 

I have a CIB like the one you mention and always thought this was the case anyways.
