I assume it is not as easy as going to the rag mill and picking through what they have and buying what you want. Would I be correct in assuming you first must spend quite a bit of time building a relationship with the dagger, then when you get the opportunity to buy you must buy cloth by the ton. In order to even get near the fun stuff you have to spend years working on relationships and taking the rough with the smooth. If you play along you get the good stuff.
