Ammo Can Question

I have a WW2/Korean era .30 caliber ammo can that has B-213 painted on the side. I've been wondering as to what B-213 stood for. One idea I have was that it stood for a company or battery and regiment or battalion. There was a B battery in the 213th AA Battalion during the Korean War as well as a 213th Armored Field Artillery Battalion 115mm. Any thoughts?

Thanks

It could be a vehicle bumper number. I don't know where to find any official guidance, but a number like that could stand for B Company (or Battery, etc.), 2nd Platoon (or Section, etc.), vehicle number 13. That would be a unit with a LOT of vehicles, but I suppose it's possible.
