From left to right: army DSM, Spanish War Service Medal, Philippine insurrection medal, WWI victory medal, French Legion of Honor Officer grade, Belgium Order of Leopold officer grade

I think the left is the Office grade French Legion of Honor and the right is the Belgian.

 

 

Thanks for your help. On foreign decorations I am a little shoddy .

I might add to these post. Left is the France -legion of Honor, Officer. Next or last medal Belgium - Order of Leopold I, Officer grade with swords. I mention the Leopold I because it is a difference in the ribbon from Leopold II. and the swords should be added to the ribbon bar as well.
