I have a US Purple Heart medal I acquired some years ago, to the Captain/Commander of F Troop, 10th Cav., who was wounded in the arm on August 27th, 1918 during the Battle of Nogales. In the meantime I've done research on others wounded on the Mexican Border or in Mexico itself. I have not attempted to reconcile my list with those posted earlier. Below is information about the 182 individuals (with some whose status is unclear) that I believe may have been eligible for the Purple Heart come 1932. In some instances it appears certain they indeed applied and received the medal.
