ckndlz Posted February 20, 2016 Share #1 Posted February 20, 2016 Hi! Found this headset in an antiques shop. Looks military to me. If so, I'm not sure if they are US or another country. Appear to have age, and I was thinking WWII era. Where the metal headband attaches to the earpiece, there is a pin which prevents it from rotating (i.e., the band is in a fixed position). It seems the metal head band is worn across the back of the head, and the green strap goes across the top of the head. The back of each earpiece has "SC1160A" stenciled in red. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated! (More pics in my reply post).

swmdo Posted February 21, 2016 Share #4 Posted February 21, 2016 I'm no expert on headsets but it sure does have a military look to it in my opinion like they would use in a B17 bomber or similar size aircraft

northcoastaero Posted March 14, 2016 Share #7 Posted March 14, 2016 I am almost certain that I had one of there headsets a few years back. Could be British? The set I had had an arrow marked somewhere on the assy. May not be aviation?
ckndlz Posted March 29, 2016 Author Share #8 Posted March 29, 2016 Thanks northcoastaero. I had a feeling it might not by U.S.
