Your thoughts on these WWI 2 inch shirt wings Robbins pattern

I would like your thoughts on these 2 inch size wings.

Any info on age, maker and originality would be appreciated.

Tino,

 

This style badge was probably first made during the WW1 era as a "sweetheart" item. They continued to be made well into the WW2 era. Some are hall-marked "WING" Unfortunately, short of getting if from the family, I do not know a way to definitively date these by timeframe. Perhaps some others may chime in.

I have a chance of buying this wing but wasn't sure if this was a (shirt size) pilot wing or a sweetheart item.
