The collar brass is for North Texas Agricultural College, Arlington, Texas. (It had originally been Grubbs Vocational College.) The school became Arlington State in 1949 and was re-named University of Texas Arlington in 1947. There was also a patch: blue shield with white letters NTAC that was used by the ROTC program there. The collar brass like you have also was made in the standard screw-back version.
