Lee Ragan Posted February 4, 2016 Share #3 Posted February 4, 2016 The collar brass is for North Texas Agricultural College, Arlington, Texas. (It had originally been Grubbs Vocational College.) The school became Arlington State in 1949 and was re-named University of Texas Arlington in 1947. There was also a patch: blue shield with white letters NTAC that was used by the ROTC program there. The collar brass like you have also was made in the standard screw-back version. Hope this helps.
