Paul70 Posted February 3, 2016 Share #8 Posted February 3, 2016 Here is the stuff when he was an enlisted man. Article with photo mentions him in C Company 66th batt in Italy. What unit was that? Top three books are named to him as a Private.
Paul70 Posted February 3, 2016 Share #9 Posted February 3, 2016 Off to OCS. It looks like he spent a year as an enlisted man. Was in OCS July 29 - Nov. 30 1944. The book has a fold out yard long. Looks like he wrote some articles while there.
Paul70 Posted February 3, 2016 Share #10 Posted February 3, 2016 Close up of article. What is the 66th Bat?
Paul70 Posted February 3, 2016 Share #11 Posted February 3, 2016 His officer stuff. I am going to rebuild the uniform as it was in 1946. The books say he is in the 202nd MP, but then it says it he was an infantry officer. Why is that?

Paul70 Posted February 7, 2016 Share #15 Posted February 7, 2016 Here is the uniform. I put what insignia it came with on plus a few pieces that were missing. I tried to put it through the original holes. Need to find some overseas bars to complete.
Paul70 Posted February 7, 2016 Share #16 Posted February 7, 2016 The patches were attached already. I put the insignia on through original holes. The lower bar is original from the group. Upper bar I had to build.
