Montana40 Posted January 15, 2016 Share #1 Posted January 15, 2016 Not certain where to place this but with all of the items found on the forum it is always interesting to me to see the never ending variation of WWII related items. Over the years vinyl records have been one of my interests along with military. Not long ago in a local antique mall I noticed a couple 78 records in a wooden box at the bottom of a vendors booth. In looking at it closer the cover of the wooden box indicated that it was sent from Occupied Japan in 1947 by an Army Captain to a friend in Kansas. Contained a note, documentation and all of the records. Amazing that it was still intact as received with all records in good condition. A different and interesting occupation related item.
