Survival Posted January 7, 2016 Share #4 Posted January 7, 2016 Its a commercial kit. The contents would be interchangable with WW2 military kits except for the Isodine and the Tourniquet box. Military tourniquet box would have had scissors listed and Isodine is their commercial Iodine, but they did use them in the Civil Defense kits.
