coastie56 Posted January 3, 2016 Share #1 Posted January 3, 2016 this is a bring back of Bert Torson USMC enlisted 1942. Radio intelligence platoons monitored enemy transmissions. This flag is a bring back with the platoons signatures all in a circle. Kind of unique. It came with a bunch of photos also of the platoon. The flag is 10" by 13" made of cotton. These guys tended to be assigned to Marine amphibious units. I am sure they had a lot of stories to tell. Not an easy group to get information about.
