7th Special Forces plaque

This is a neat plaque I had in my collection. I sold it to a friend of mine and when he received it, the post office had stamped "Damaged in transit" or words to that effect. The PO ruined it ! There was a stick of C-4 with a watch timer on it. The wrapping on this explosive is a thin celophane film. It was all torn up beyond repair. The DI's were torn off. I have squared away with my friend and must now proceed with a USPO claim and they have told me that they have to take the damaged plaque as salvage. I do know there is a young ex- SF guy working there so he will probably end up scarfing it up. BooHoo
