I don't collect US Air Force squadrons and don't have much knowledge in that area. I recently picked up this little pile. Is there anything unusual or scarce in the lot?

Thanks,

Garth

Pave Tack is nice and a 70s era I think. A lot of F-111 era Wing/Squadron patches in there. My Son was in the 522nd as a First Sgt for a year before returning to ATC Tower at Cannon. If you want to move them let me know and will see what we can sort out as would be nice Xmas gift for him.

"Pave Tack" was the lasier designator pod used to percession target the bunker busting lasier bombs. When used by a flight of aircraft (2 or more) the designator aircraft lights up the target from a standoff range, while the bombing release aircraft can evaide hostile fire, however when flown by a solo aircraft, the aircraft must maintain the lasier lock which can result in the aircraft being shotdown.
