The shade of AF blue used can provide a range of years it was used in, but what you picture spans decades. Having said that, the LTC/Col cap does look like an early example. Could easily be Korean War era. Could also be VN. What is the maker inside (that could provide a clue)? The EM cap pictured is even more difficult to date. (That pin doesn't belong on there).
