Being a fanatic of Aeromedical Patches,coins,photos,etc... I would like to see some of the unique patches you all have. I'll start it out with some of my unique desert patches and see where this leads.

This is from the 1159th Medical Evacuation Company (Air Ambulance), New Hampshire National Guard. Patch has since been replaced with a more generic patch. This one was in use from about 2000 - 2002. A bit short lived for such a cool patch.

About the only unique AES patch I have is the 65th AES 1990 Christmas patch. Here's a shot of my small collection of AES patches with others mixed in....

To add onto the Army Air Ambulance units, here are some of my patches. I got the 507th patch from Fort Bliss when I was 11 years old during a MASSIVE letter writing campaign to Army bases getting patches. I would send out 20 letters at a time. What fun it was getting envelopes in the mail with patches and base guides. Fond geek memories.... :)

I'm loving it keep it up. I finding it harder and harder to find the patches I need these days. I collect aeromedical only and have over 180 patches. I have alot of history to go through as well. I am finding that the history of the units will keep me occupied for years to come. Thanks for your inputs

Hi ,

I think the 2 in the middle of the picture fall into your posting criteria. They are both theater made as well as all the others pictured.

Regards, Mitch

Hello,

Few years ago, I get from Ebay a lot of used BDUs from

somebody who probably was in the Army in the 80s or 90s

and also with the lot, some patches. I guess the owner was

a menber of AeroMed Airlift.

Working on getting one (or two) of these from my buddy. This for the Medevac unit at NTC.

I have an example of this patch that presumably predates the fort irwin days. I will have to dig it out. it has a numerical designator
