Andrei Posted August 17, 2008 Share #8 Posted August 17, 2008 Here is an example of USSF SSI made in Okinawa. It is on a jungle jacket that belongs to a large grouping of a SF Officer.

Mr-X Posted August 17, 2008 Share #11 Posted August 17, 2008 Hi Leigh this type of jump wing is worn in Vietnam ???? Jerome, I am not sure about the date of introduction of US Made subdue VNJWs, and therefore if they could have been worn in VN or not. I have been told by people that their introduction dates from the early 1970's to about 1975 onward. In-country made subdue badges look very similar to these but I think this set looks US made. US made Basic VNJW. In-country made Master VNJW
khwchan888 Posted August 17, 2008 Share #12 Posted August 17, 2008 Usually you will find in country made jump wings used but that don't preclude the use of US made ones.
