GeneralLucas Posted November 5, 2015 Share #1 Posted November 5, 2015 I remember in 1967 when the Forrestal was in the Gulf of Tonkin and the loss in death of 134 sailors. Sen. John McCain was among the survivors. She was built in 1955 and this plaque was made in Switzerland. Her aircraft flew about 150 missions in North Viet Nam.
