patches Posted November 1, 2015 Share #8 Posted November 1, 2015 The Bloody Bucket Division patch is not German made? maybe from when it was in Germany 51-54.
kiaiokalewa Posted November 2, 2015 Share #9 Posted November 2, 2015 That there is an interesting buckeye patch. Never encountered one that was a bonified Korean made example. The 37thI ID never made it into Korea that I am aware of. Cool patch none the less.

Desertrat Posted November 3, 2015 Share #13 Posted November 3, 2015 Looks japanese made to me Thanks, that does seem more likely since it came from my Dad's collection which is all WW II and Pre Korea patches.
doyler Posted November 3, 2015 Share #14 Posted November 3, 2015 Thanks, that does seem more likely since it came from my Dad's collection which is all WW II and Pre Korea patches. A lot of patches were made in Japan during post WW2 and through Korea war time frame for all types of units.Have even seen a Japanese made First Special Service Force made there and a 113 Cav bi th worn as combat patches.
