That there is an interesting buckeye patch. Never encountered one that was a bonified Korean made example. The 37thI ID never made it into Korea that I am aware of. Cool patch none the less.

I too like that 24th ID. I have an I Corps that is similar to yours, what do you think?

Thanks, that does seem more likely since it came from my Dad's collection which is all WW II and Pre Korea patches.

Thanks, that does seem more likely since it came from my Dad's collection which is all WW II and Pre Korea patches.

A lot of patches were made in Japan during post WW2 and through Korea war time frame for all types of units.Have even seen a Japanese made First Special Service Force made there and a 113 Cav bi th worn as combat patches.
