Rainy day picking

Recommended Posts

First rainy day in a coons age, so... out I went. Answered a craigslist listing then hit another stop on my way home.

I came up with,

An older Parris Island pennant,

MY FIRST greenback patches!! 7th ID, 40th ID - felt, and a "7" patch- WHAT IS THIS unit?

A couple of photos; a racer and a 1941 picture showing an AAF enlisted man with a GHQ patch.

A WW1 Victory medal with "PATROL" bar.

A WW2 single USMC Good Conduct ribbon.

and 3 foreign items; Order of the Patriotic War too bad it turned out to be the 1985 version and not 1945, a ROC AF brass item and a Thai medal w/o ribbon.
