SgtMaddoxUSMC Posted October 23, 2015 Share #1 Posted October 23, 2015 I recently added an early Gunnery Sergeant chevron to my set and have come to find that it is two inches wider than the rest of the seem-to-seem chevrons I have. All the others are 8" across while the Gunny is 10". Are they from different issue years? I never realized the size difference until I had them side by side. Also I have noticed some folds in the GySgt chevron that I have seen on others. Were they tucked into the seems on the sleeves or something? Hope someone has a good answer!
