The Lieutenant in the hatch is a member of the Provisional Tank Company, Fort Glen, Unimak Alaska sometime in 1942. The same unit, same place and time. I assumed the photos in this album came from Adak, and later Attu, but I believe now that he may have been stationed on Unimak, not Adak. I will have to research the photos further.
