12thengr Posted March 29, 2016 Share #26 Posted March 29, 2016 361st Inf Regiment, 91st (Wild West) Division. More specifically; Co. 'K' of the 3rd Battalion. My Great-Uncles outfit. Not so much artifacts but geneology. Several of the doughboys of Co. 'K' were from my home County. As an example Sgt. John Bartruff, wounded in the Argonne and awarded a Silver Citation Star. From Ferndale, Wa. I'm still digging but I think his nephew was my home room teacher in Jr. High. Infidelparatrooper Posted March 31, 2016 Share #27 Posted March 31, 2016 I collect helmets, but anything from the 82nd is of interest to me.
Mitter2k1 Posted April 16, 2016 Share #28 Posted April 16, 2016 It's too hard to pick just one, but I'd say 33rd for the Illinois connection. So far for me it's been yardlongs and RPPCs with a few related items here and there. Unfortunately a uniform escapes my grasp as we speak. -Mike Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G925A using Tapatalk
