gwb123 Posted October 13, 2015 Share #8 Posted October 13, 2015 The black pajamas are cool enough... I've never seen the white ones. Learn something new every day. Not to press things beyond reason, but do you have any photos of these being worn? I am just curious what they looked like being when someone had them on. Here's a photo of the black set in wear by Vietnamese. The two sets are actually for different organizations. The insignia on the black set is for the Rural Development Cadre (which was mainly a civic group, but also operated as a security force at times) while the insignia on the white set is for the People's Self Defense Force. However, the black rural garment was the usual "uniform" for both groups.
thefallenbuddha Posted October 13, 2015 Share #11 Posted October 13, 2015 I am also thinking the white set might have been for a funeral(s), as opposed to other types of ceremonies.
nguoi tien su Posted January 14, 2016 Share #12 Posted January 14, 2016 Great uniforms! It is indeed a possibility that the white one was used during a funeral.
