The age of the ribbons and unit patches make no sense on that uniform. Modern dress green jacket and PFC rank with WW2 ribbons?

Always looking for WW1 28th Division; anything, papers, field gear, uniforms, etc.

The parts alone are worth the $. Check the CIB to see if it is sterling.

Canadian - Op. Desert Storm / Op. Friction
French - Daguet / Aconit
Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, South Korea, etc.
Looking for the oddities, including unfinished & flaws

Since there is no patch on the right sleeve maybe someone made it for a WW2 vet? I know there was no PFC in WW2 but maybe he just went by the new E-3 rank? Just a thought.The ribbons and 96th DIV patch make sense together.

Good possibility. Vets often like to wear the uniform for special (reunion, etc) functions or for special family photographs.
