roadrunner Posted October 7, 2015 Author Share #11 Posted October 7, 2015 @ firefighter: There is no way for tracing the orininal owner. @ easterneagle87: The White House Service badge ( 2-1/4 inches ) is larger than the PSB and VPSB and has a silver eagle. The PSB and VPSB have gold eagles. I've read that Mrs. Kennedy thought that the background of the WHSB should be blue, because blue is the Presidential color. So the prototypes with silver eagle and blue background were made. In the next step of the prototypes they added the 50 stars, later reduced the badge to the current size and the eagle become gold color.
