PATCHRAT Posted October 1, 2015 Share #1 Posted October 1, 2015 found this at a local thrift shop today. Not exactly cheap but I did not want to leave it. Not named or dated but the 1/507 was re activated in 1985 as a training regiment and the knife is dated 91. With that info you can get an idea of the age and time frame of the award. according to an article William "red" King was the first enlisted paratrooper. http://articles.latimes.com/1988-08-25/news/mn-1135_1_paratrooper http://www.benning.army.mil/infantry/rtb/1-507th/
Kerry Posted August 22, 2021 Share #2 Posted August 22, 2021 Red King is my grandfather. Would you be willing to sell this to me?
