Even though it looks to be a '69 contract dated jacket, these were issued into the late '80 as "hot weather" uniform issue. I got two sets when I deployed to Honduras. Always find the small - reg or small - whatever sized ones! The bigger ones must have just been used up. The shoulder patch is the 193rd Inf. Reg.
