to me it looks good from first glance

 

the blackinton I used to have...had the blackiton stamped in the back of the shield

 

Also the back of the star was "indented"

 

I would wait for a few more to weigh in

I agree, the hallmark is wrong. But the wing looks OK from what I can see. This pattern periodically shows up in an unmarked version, but with a different back.

 

If it were me, I would tread carefully, especially if the price was really high. No matter what, I think the hallmark is fake.

I agree with Paul on this one. Many red flags, including the poor Blackinton hallmark, sloppy attached star and wreath, and the findings on the reverse...
