Flashlarue Posted September 12, 2015 #1 Posted September 12, 2015 Short lived interwar Army unit. The 12th Observation Group never made it out of the 1930's. Moto "Observe and Report" the DUI was made by N.S. Meyer. When I first saw the pin I thought it was a Ducks Unlimited pin.
