The seller said they came from the Groesbeek Area Operation Market Garden and were Parts of a WACO Glider. I put a bit on it for fun, and was winning, so I ask you, are these Glider Parts? Never trust a seller without knowing what you buy, But wasn't expensive so no big problem. But the search for a Waco part for display is going on... WWII Parachutist Posted September 24, 2015 Share #7 Posted September 24, 2015 The thinner, wire piece is a section from the steel wire frame of a parachute pack. The dimensions are about right for the corner and diagonal brace of a T-5 pack frame. The second option would be the frame from an AAF seat pack.
