chief_919 Posted August 28, 2015 Share #1 Posted August 28, 2015 Got these in a big lot where I bought the remaining inventory of a business that was a combo militaria shop, costume shop and theater prop shop so they had a bit of everything. No marking on the boxes. Some lenses are marked "inflammable" and some of yen foam pads have numbers as shown.

chief_919 Posted August 28, 2015 Author Share #6 Posted August 28, 2015 they almost look like repro German goggles? That is a possibility, there was other Repro German stuff in the mix, although if so they went to a lot of trouble to get slightly different styles of cans and age them for what was mostly prop/costume use. chief_919 Posted August 28, 2015 Author Share #8 Posted August 28, 2015 French. Came out in the surplus market about 25 years ago. Thanks a bunch! With the French lead I was able to figure out the maker- they still make them with the same style frame and bridge and I bet the lenses would fit, so if anyone else finds themselves with some here is the maker: http://www.classicgoggles.com/mm5/merchant.mvc?Store_Code=CG&Screen=CTGY&Category_Code=goggles
