172nd Armor ?

Can you tell me if this DUI is for 172nd Armor ou 172nd Cavalry.

Not 100% postive, but best guess is that I think that's the earliest one from the late 20s 30s for the 172nd Infantry, the 172nd was forever an Infantry unit of the Vermont National Guard, I think the type with the Deer Crest came out during WWII or shortly before.

 

They got a toltally new design now.
