Looks like Warren Oates. Guy on the left is in the WW2 USMC training film, "Club and Knife Fighting". On the right is Oates in the Twilight Zone episode "The Purple Testament". Oates had been a Marine but he entered in 1946.

Longtime since I've found a look-alike ... It's probably just the round spectacles, but this WW I era student (?) in military uniform looks a great deal like the actor Daniel Radcliffe in his role as Harry Potter.
