Cavarly & Artillery bits just walked in.

This evening I had a visit from a gentleman who lives in my area and was told by a mutual acquaintance that I collected military & cavalry items. So he brought two bits over to sell. He said he no longer had horses and had no use for them any more. The artillery bit is an 1863 Waterviet Arsenal and the Indian Wars Shoemaker is marked Rock Island. A great way to end my day.
