etienne Posted July 26, 2015 Share #1 Posted July 26, 2015 Hello, a few years ago, when I began to collect 1219c2 knives, I was dreaming of adding a Robeson Shuredge red spacers knife to my collection, I consider they have, among 1219c2 knives, a very special elegancy probably due to their specific blade shape In just a one year span, I had to opportunity to get one USMC Robeson Shuredge and one USN early Robeson Mk2 I'd like to share with you ... The first one I got from a forum member, during the spring of 2014 :

RHirtle Posted August 27, 2021 Share #13 Posted August 27, 2021 So new to collecting and I saw this thread , I have 3 of the 4 Robeson Shuredge knives, pictures forthcoming: - USMC marked on blade and reverse side Robeson Shuredge with Red spacers. I guess this is the rare one, correct? - RCC Marked on one side and USN Mark 2 on the other side of Guard - USN Mark 2 on Blade reverse side marked Robeson Shuredge. - Missing the first type one with USN on one side of blade and Robeson Shuredge on the other and red spacers. I also have a reconditioned USMC Robeson Shuredge with red spacers and the guy did a great job of making it look almost brand new, looks very close to my original. I love these WWII knives with lots of history behind them. Ron

I like the pinup on the sheath and that it saw action on Parry Island, lots of history. So enjoy! Coming soon a bunch of Ka-Bars (Union Cutlery) I have .
