Hi all,

Was browsing eBay and came across this:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/VINTAGE-OBSOLETE-DEPARTMENT-OF-THE-AIR-FORCE-SECURITY-POLICE-BADGE/271887947791?_trksid=p2047675.c100005.m1851&_trkparms=aid%3D222007%26algo%3DSIC.MBE%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D20131003132420%26meid%3D57bdcab5ff644c238ed073fdcfaeed1a%26pid%3D100005%26rk%3D5%26rkt%3D6%26sd%3D252034241786

I don't know a whole lot about the Security Police badges, but 8,000?!?

Here's the sellers' description:

Have provenance.

To be completely fair, this unique and rare item is in original condition: "Has not been cleaned in 23 years. Has scratches." and it is, in fact, a "Pre-Post Cold War" and "Female Security Police Worn!" item with provenance.

As for the rug, you're taking your chances....

I thought the $999.99 Skycrane nut auction was crazy enough....I mean, who isn't building a CH54 in their back yard from the ground up!

....at least for $8K, you get a badge.

But the nut auction does include "1968 air still inside the sealed bags"
