That is really nice. I like that jeep pipe. Very unique. For sale?

RD

'Fraid not, Ronnie. But, these do turn up regularly on eBay. Price should be in the $25-$45 range. These were made in France in the 1950's to 1960's era. Search term would be something like "Jeep smoking pipe". Good hunting!

What a great collection. There are so many, I could not tell if you have these two. The one on the left is a post war Dale Model Co., and the one on the right is a Framburg war time Army Identification vehicle. The ID vehicle is solid without moving wheels and the Dale model has rolling wheels and removable spare tire.

Misfit here is my Dale. You probably didn't recognize it as I repainted it. The Dale had most of it's paint gone and was missing the steering wheel. I painted the star and the tires. Second from the left.

Thanks.

Here's a new addition to my collection. Although not a jeep, it still fits in with my toy collection.

It's a new product from King and Country. It actually is a test piece. These are tin types. Completely made of tin and as you already know of King and Country, anything they do is very detailed and nice. This is no exception. Hope you all like it.

Ronnie.

Cobra I did receive my Forchino Command Car but it was broken. Having paid so much I sent it back. Unfortunately they had no more and I have been unable to find another.

Dang, I'm sorry to hear that. You might want to bookmark it on eBay again as they do turn up on there. (Just checked and there are none on there now. But, I've knocked off many 'goodies' that were on my Want List from ol' eBay.)

I picked up a couple of new toy jeeps lately. Well they are actually duplicates of ones I already have. The first is the Cigarette Lighter made in Germany after the war. This one was not in as good of shape as the one I already had but it cleaned up very well. The 2nd jeep is another of the Dale Toy jeeps....the ones with rolling wheels. This one has been turned into a presentation piece. Hear are some photos.

Also have a photo of the 2 cigarette lighters together.

Sorry photos are out of order. 2nd and 3rd photos are of the original in my collection.

This is the new addition. Notice the white wall tires.

I also cleaned the small lighters in my collection. Have a photo of them together and one of the whole family.

I picked up a couple of way cool jeeps today. Not in my possession but have been ordered. The first is a kit that is built in Italy. You can buy it completely built or semi built. I ordered the semi in case I want to customize mine in any way. Both of the jeeps pictured below are large. The first jeep is about 10" long. The second jeep with the trailer is 24" long. The second jeep is exquisite. It is a work of art. It came from an estate sale and was built by an old man in his work shop.

Here's the kit from Italy.

Thanks.

Here is one of my new wooden handcrafted Jeep models. The work on this jeep is phenomenal. The jeep with the trailer attached is 24" long. This is now in my office inside a display case. That's why the photos are crummy.

Thanks for looking.
