stealthytyler Posted December 6, 2017 Share #207 Posted December 6, 2017 Here is a helmet that I used to own. FOXY-29 hospital apprentice sailor stationed aboard LST-400 off the coast of Utah Beach during D-Day. Looks like he only used it for the invasion. Excellent condition. It is now on display at a museum in Normandy.

stealthytyler Posted December 28, 2017 Share #219 Posted December 28, 2017 Great helmets, Bill. love the pharmacist mate ones. I must admit that the 2nd BB helmet looks a bit off to me. Do you have more info on it?

Airborne-Hunter Posted February 28, 2021 Share #225 Posted February 28, 2021 Recently found this one in an antique shop for $55 and couldn't pass it up. Technically civilian, but as per topic it is a "marked medical helmet." There's still cool stuff out there for those willing to look!
