SDC Posted July 6, 2015 Share #1 Posted July 6, 2015 Does the angled neck unscrew on this flashlight? I'd like to clean mine up and stop any further rust. It won't move with moderate effort so thought it wise to ask before I break it ... Thanks
sgtpeter Posted July 7, 2015 Share #2 Posted July 7, 2015 I have a USALite and Everyready and the angle does not remove on either one. On both the angles are a little loose - the may shift 1 or 2 mm, but don't appear to be intended to take apart. Good Luck on your preservation! SDC Posted July 7, 2015 Author Share #4 Posted July 7, 2015 Thanks, I'll work on it gently. One interesting feature, it has "Major Lamont" scratched into the top.
SDC Posted August 2, 2015 Author Share #5 Posted August 2, 2015 Would there be any sources where I could try to ID this Major Lamont? Shot in the dark I know, but it could be interesting to try. Thanks
gitana Posted August 4, 2015 Share #6 Posted August 4, 2015 You could start with the Army Registers.
