I have an identical Chieu Hoi pass from III Corps (note the 3 in the lower left corner) which came from a USN crewman who served aboard M-92-1 in the Mekong for ten months 1968-1969

I found one this morning at a local estate sale...It is lacking any number and has a picture president Thieu on the back....Bodes

Just noticed that at the bottom of this Pass there are versions translated into Korean and Thai. I would guess that this is so our Allies from those countries would understand the purpose of the pass.
