I looked in the Acronym section of the military website and could not find this one.Thanks for your help.Scotty

The unit exists as a Indiana NG unit. But the Conrad name does not appear related to anything. The colors suggest 1st Gulf War time period if it were to be a genuine scroll.

"CONELRAD" stands (stood?) for control of electromagnetic radiation. Maybe CONRAD shortened it to control of radiation?

Please see the entries above. The submitted patch is a fantasy item. Not to say that someone, somewhere hasn't used the term CONRAD, but in this context it is not real.

As Gil stated I should have included the photos. Here they are. Same jacket made by two makers. It is a fantasy piece period.
